The Legal Analysis of Arrogate Behior after Lending Credit Card

Abstract:Implementation of the use of credit card crime is more common in recent years.In the view of civil law,arrogate deposit of the perpetrator after borrowing credit card is unjust enrichment,because its not appropriate for the price paid.In this case,if the perpetrator who has the ability to pay back the amount refuses to return the property,the behior in the criminal law should be recognized as crimes.The second mode of thinking and methods of criminal law contribute to the difficult criminal cases to make the right judgments,they should be encouraged in judicial practice.
