本站原创【摘要】法学专业在全国高校设置,但法学实践教育仍然滞后于我国高等教育发展的实际需求。尤其是在地理位置和政治资源不占优势的地方高校,如何走一条自身实际的特色法学实践教育之路,是希望探讨并尝试若干解决途径的关键所在。构建一个具有地方特色的法学网状实践教学体系,将有助于地方高校探索一条法学高等教育的创新之路。

Approach a characteristic netted texture of law practicality teaching system in locality university
【Abstract】The Law speciality has been set up generally all over ourcountry. But the law practicality teaching can not adapt to thedevelopment of university education. Locality university has not gain the upper hand in geographical position and political resuorces. So the letter approach a characteristic netted texture of law practicality teaching system, and brings out some new ideas for locality university.
