Abstract: this paper analyzes the present energy sing project economic evaluation of several major evaluation method, the conventional evaluation methods for doesn't take into account the energy conservation project brings the pollutant emission reduction efficiency, reduce the pollution of the environment is the benefit. So in the energy conservation project economic evaluation, should complement of emissions reduction benefits related variables.
