摘要：目的：探讨血β-HCG与孕酮(P)联合检测对异位妊娠早期诊断中的价值。方法:采用化学发光技术分别测定本院就诊的正常妊娠妇女与异位妊娠患者血清中β-HCG和孕酮的数值。结果:血β-HCG和孕酮联合测定对异位妊娠的早期诊断符合率明显高于血β-HCG的单独测定，在确诊时间上也明显缩短，两者比较P<0.01。结论:HCG、孕酮联合检测有助于异位妊娠的早期诊断。
