摘要:在水利水电基础工程的实施中,技术是它的根本,只有技术作保障才能在艰巨的重大工程中完成基础工程的施工,水利水电基础工程的施工技术将直接关联作用到水电水利的效益和产生的影响,它并不只是简单的一个工程而已,它是构成整个水电水利工程的一个重要要素。因此,掌握并且创新水利水电基础工程的施工技术具有重要意义。本文对水利水电基础工程施工的要求及注意事项进行了说明,然后从堤坝、混凝土工程、高边坡加固、截渗处理及不良地基处理技术几方面详细探讨了水利水电基础工程的施工技术。

水利水电基础工程施工的要求及注意事项
(一)施工的要求
1.应具有地基与基础的施工图纸和地质勘察报告等有关技术文件和资料,并掌握施工区域内的地质情况。 2.土方开挖前,应根据施工方案要求,将施工区域内妨碍施工的已有建(构)筑物、道路、沟渠、管线、坟墓、树木等,妥善处理。 3.山区施工,应事先了解当地地层岩性,地质构造、地形地貌和水文地质等,如因土方施工可能产生滑坡时,应采取可靠措施。在陡峻山坡下施工,应事先检查山坡坡面情况。如有危岩、孤石、崩塌体、古滑坡体等不稳定迹象时,应作妥善处理。 4.施工机械进入现场所经过的道路、桥梁和设备卸车地点等,应事先做好必要的加宽、加固等准备工作。 5.测量放线的定位控制线(桩)、水准基准点及基槽的灰线尺寸,必须复核,符合设计要求,并预验手续,且应妥善保护及经常复测。 6.场地要清理平整,表面坡度应符合设计要求的排水坡度和临时排水设施。如设计无要求时,一般应向排水沟方向作成不小于2%的坡度。 7.开方挖土低于地下水位的基坑(槽)、管沟时,应根据地质勘察文件及资料,采取措施,降低水位;一般应降至低于开挖底面的500mm,然后再开展作业面。(二)施工注意事项
在水利水电施工的过程中,对于基础施工作业方面我们需要做好注意事项,其主要有以下两点:1.对于基础比较浅的情形,在不用放坡的情况下,这时施工首先就需要沿着进行测量的基准灰线直边切割出来一个槽边的轮廓线,而后对作业面予以一一的展开。对于地下水位的降低和地面排水系统的建造,这二个工程都需要结合当地工程地质资料、挖方尺寸等条件予以考虑,这样就可以进一步的预防地基土结构被破坏。2.需要保证地基与基础的强度能够足以承受建筑物上的全部结构荷载。为了满足这一条件,基础的耐久性、防潮性、耐侵蚀性和抗冻的能力都需要充分满足要求。除此之外,为了确保地基稳定,必须让地基和基础有足够的工作面。地基变形值的范围也应该在许可的参考值数之内,这样才不会引起建筑物的开裂、倾斜或者标高产生相应的变化等等。水利水电基础工程施工中的关键技术
