Abstract: For a long time, China implements planned economy system, and many laws and regulations are established to adapt to planned economy, so they can not reflect market regulation and competition mechani in market economic system, and are contrary to rules. The legislation of relevant market economy is not perfect, so it is important and urgent for China''s law and legal education reform.
