摘要：房屋建设工程建设项目已经成为我们国家市场经济主要的参与者之一，房建工程建设项目为我国人民群众提供了大量的工作岗位，为我国市场经济的繁荣发展做出了重要贡献。房建工程建设项目的规模化发展，符合我国人民群众日益增长的物质需求，体现了我国人民生活质量的提高，展现了我国三十多年的改革开放成果。房建工程在快速发展的同时，房建工程施工质量方面的问题也日益引起人民的重视，由于质量不足而导致的病害也逐渐引起全社会的关注。房建工程建设项目的质量是一个非常严肃的问题，由于房建工程建设参与人员多、房建工程的投入资金大、房建工程的使用建设材料和机械种类繁多、房建工程使用的施工工艺和施工技术方法较为复杂、房建工程建设过程周期长等原因，导致了房屋建设项目工程的牵扯范围甚广，因此，在房建工程质量控制管理方面的工作一定要做好。文章结合了我们国家在房建工程中所取得的成果，联系房建工程中的不足之处，对建设高质量的房屋建设工程提出了自己的看法。
