摘 要:目前,我国墙体保温有三种形式,即外墙保温、外墙内保温、夹芯保温。相比于外墙内保温和夹芯保温而言,外墙外保温技术解决了这两种保温形式带来的许多综合性的问题,具有热工性能好,保温效果高、综合投资低可以延长主体结构寿命等优点,应将成为我国墙体保温的主要形式以及节能建筑保温墙体的发展方向。随着社会经济的发展,建筑业发展也十分迅速,而建筑保温作为建筑工程的基础配备越来越受到重视,本文主要探讨了外墙节能保温现场施工,并深入地研究其质量控制。

Abstract: At present, there are three forms of wall insulation: external wall insulation, exterior wall insulation internally, interlayer insulation. Compared with the exterior walls insulation internally and interlayer insulation, exterior insulation technology can solve many comprehensive issues brought by the other two insulation means, with good thermal performance, high insulation effect, low overall investment, extending the life of the main structure, which should become the main form of wall insulation and the development direction energy-sing building in wall insulation. As social and economic development, development of construction industry is also rapid, and building insulation as the foundation of the engineering has drawn more and more attention. This paper discusses the site construction of external wall insulation and makes a in-depth study of its quality control.

1.1.1 选择具有多年建筑节能研发经验且规模较大的企业提供的保温产品,这些企业对组成材料的性能及其相容性一般具有较为系统的研究,工程量大,经验较多,能够根据工程实际提供合理的细部节点设计和合理的保温材料。
1.1.2 选择经过耐候性检验及其他相应性能检验
(2)保温材料应为阻燃或非燃烧体,并具有一定的强度,吸水率低,无毒、无污染、有利于环保。
(3)建筑饰面材料能与主体墙或保温材料结合安全可靠,并具有良好的耐久性和耐候性,视觉感观效果较好。

1 外墙外保温技术分析
1.1 如何选择好的外墙外保温系统
外墙外保温系统是一种科学合理的保温形式,但由于外墙外保温技术复杂,施工难度大,易受风霜雨雪侵蚀,因此对保温系统的耐候性、耐久性及安全可靠性都有较高的要求。外墙外保温系统在变形作用下容易开裂,造成外墙面渗水,丧失保温功能,威胁着整个系统的寿命。所以在选择外墙外保温系统时应遵循如下的原则:1.1.1 选择具有多年建筑节能研发经验且规模较大的企业提供的保温产品,这些企业对组成材料的性能及其相容性一般具有较为系统的研究,工程量大,经验较多,能够根据工程实际提供合理的细部节点设计和合理的保温材料。

1.2.1 材料性能要求
(1)主墙体材料应为非燃烧体,并能满足建筑设计防火规范中耐火极限的要求,具有较高的强度(能满足承重或自重的要求),易于施工,有利于环保,并可再生。(2)保温材料应为阻燃或非燃烧体,并具有一定的强度,吸水率低,无毒、无污染、有利于环保。
(3)建筑饰面材料能与主体墙或保温材料结合安全可靠,并具有良好的耐久性和耐候性,视觉感观效果较好。
1.2.2 外墙构造类型
(1)应符合建筑热工传热传湿机理,以获得最佳保温效果。(2)有利于避免围护结构中混凝土柱、圈梁、悬挑结构、抗震柱等部位的热桥产生,确保外墙内表面不产生结露。
(3)建筑构造较简单,便于施工并能确保施工质量。
(4)工程造价适中,即建筑节能所增加的投资能控制在合理的范围
内。
