[摘要] 目的 探讨正常分娩行会阴侧切术助产的产妇围术期不使用抗生素的可行性。 方法 抽取2011年10月～2013年1月288例正常分娩行会阴侧切术助产的产妇资料，随机分为两组，对照组使用抗生素治疗，实验组不用抗生素治疗，比较两组患者切口愈合率、切口感染率、产褥病率、切口疼痛程度、术后总住院费用。 结果 两组患者的切口愈合率、切口感染率、产褥病率、切口疼痛程度几项指标的差异均无统计学意义，而术后总住院费用实验组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义。 结论 自然分娩会阴侧切是否使用抗生素对伤口的愈合并未起到明显影响，除个别特殊情况外，均无需使用抗生素。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative without using antibiotics in episiotomy. Methods The clinical data of 288 pregnant women for the period from October 2011 to January 2013 received episiotomy were divided into two groups，the control group was used the antibiotics treated，the study group was without used antibiotics treated.The incision healing rate，incision infection rate，puerperal morbidity，incision pain and the postoperative total cost of hospitalization were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the two groups of patients the incision healing rate， incision infection rate，puerperal morbidity，incision pain.But study group was significantly lower than the control group in the postoperative total hospital costs，the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Perioperative use of antibiotics dose not exert a significant effect on wound healing in natural childbirth episiotomy.Except for some special circumstances， it is not necessary to use antibiotics in natural childbirth episiotomy. 例正常分娩行会阴侧切术助产的产妇做了相应的研究，发现对于不存在高危因素的行会阴侧切术助产的产妇不予预防感染治疗，并不影响其临床预后，现将结果报道如下。1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
抽取2011年10月～2013年1月在本院分娩行会阴侧切术助产的产妇288例，排除合并感染高危因素如炎、产后出血、贫血、羊水重度污染、胎膜早破、糖尿病等，随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组围术期使用抗生素，实验组于缝合前予碘伏消毒创面及切缘，不使用抗生素预防感染。两组产妇均为第1产，对照组平均年龄29岁，平均孕周为39周，平均胎重3655 g，平均缝合时间21 min，平均总产程15 h；实验组平均年龄30岁，平均孕周为38+1周，平均胎重3640 g，平均缝合时间23 min，平均总产程14 h。两组产妇在年龄、产次、孕周、胎重、肛查与阴检次数、缝合时间、总产程、手术医师经验等方面差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05），具有可比性。源于：论文标准格式www.udooo.com
